Quality Compliance Senior Officer

About the role

MS Pharma is seeking a Quality Compliance Senior Officer to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures that all processes meet applicable standards, supports internal and external audits, and drives corrective and preventive actions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in regulatory and corporate inspections and prepare responses to authorities.
• Create, review, and evaluate compliance documentation, including recall, complaint management, and annual product reviews.
• Update in‑house systems in line with new guidelines and compendial updates.
• Conduct quality audits for all quality systems and departments.
• Support quality risk management and assist all departments with compliance matters.
• Develop, maintain, and update the quality system according to GMP requirements.
• Track and follow up on CAPA implementation and evaluate effectiveness.
• Investigate deviations, OOS, and OOT incidents.
• Maintain the training system and deliver training based on trend analysis.
• Participate in process improvement projects.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related science.
• Minimum two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for solid, semi‑solid and liquid dosage forms.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships.
