Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to oversee store deliveries, ensure data accuracy, and manage quality assurance processes within our logistics operations. The role involves analyzing quality metrics, conducting spot checks, and coordinating with suppliers to handle damaged or expired items.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze quality variations from metrics and document related problem cases.
• Guide the store on receiving deliveries and match purchase orders with invoices.
• Perform transfer matching (in/out) to prevent discrepancies.
• File and share documents with relevant departments.
• Issue quality assurance email tips and ensure system data accuracy.
• Conduct spot checks on stored items and issue monthly reconciliations.
• Manage damaged or expired items by returning to suppliers or disposing of them.
• Report system issues related to store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Own a car.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and able to prioritize tasks.
• Solution‑focused mindset, able to interact with senior executives.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
