Quality Control & HSE Engineer – 5+ Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control & HSE Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work full‑time across multiple construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits on site.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Develop, implement and monitor QC procedures and reporting systems.
• Establish and enforce HSE protocols across all projects.
• Perform site safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Monitor contractor adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare quality and HSE reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project teams in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Site Engineering, HSE or Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, architectural finishes and quality standards.
• Proven experience conducting site inspections, audits and technical reporting.

Required skills

• NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
• IOSH certification (or equivalent).
• OSHA certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards.
