Quality Management Representative (QMR)

About the role

Brain Catch, part of the Behar Group, is recruiting on its client's behalf an experienced Quality Management Representative (QMR) based in Amman, Jordan. The role strengthens process compliance, management-system effectiveness and continual improvement across several Group companies. It is a full-time, office and field-based position reporting to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the QMS/IMS in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Prepare and run risk-based internal audit plans across operational and administrative processes.
• Carry out process and compliance audits against approved policies, SOPs, internal controls and ISO requirements.
• Document audit findings, perform root-cause analysis and follow up corrective actions until closed.
• Coordinate management reviews and external certification, surveillance and recertification audits.
• Monitor quality and process KPIs and prepare management dashboards and reports.
• Support process improvement, workflow standardization, risk assessment and control enhancement across the Group.
• Maintain controlled management-system documentation and monitor compliance through ERP and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a QMR or in a similar Quality Management or Process Compliance role.
• ISO 9001:2015 certification and formal Internal Auditor training or certification are mandatory; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is strongly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 19011; knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, trading, contracting, warehousing, logistics, distribution or diversified group environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Internal auditing, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process mapping and KPI analysis.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and management reporting tools, and written and spoken English.
