Quality Manager

About the role

Lesaffre Jordan is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its food safety and quality initiatives. The role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, certification compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as ISO 22000 Management Representative and lead FSSC & HALAL teams.
• Maintain and improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), HACCP studies, risk assessments and control validation.
• Manage documentation, records, traceability and product specifications.
• Lead food safety team meetings, internal audits, CAPA, management reviews and KPI reporting.
• Oversee laboratory testing, sampling and supplier approval/performance related to quality and safety.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, maintenance and support functions on hygiene, pest control and recall/crisis procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for certification bodies, regulators and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, quality management, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality and food safety management, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven leadership of FSMS and HACCP programs.
• ISO 22000 Lead Implementer/Auditor certification.
• Strong audit, regulatory, cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
