Rare Disease Advisor – Jordan

About the role

Er‑Kim is seeking a passionate Rare Disease Advisor to join its Jordan team. The advisor will provide scientific and clinical expertise to shape medical strategies for the company’s rare‑disease portfolio and work closely with internal teams, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical plans aligned with the rare‑disease strategy.
• Serve as the scientific expert on rare‑disease therapies, delivering insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and patient‑advocacy groups.
• Support clinical development, medical education and scientific engagement initiatives.
• Review medical and scientific content for accuracy in promotional and educational materials.
• Assist medical information and pharmacovigilance activities related to rare‑disease products.

Required profile

• Experience in Medical Affairs and Market Access, preferably within rare diseases.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong capability to interpret and convey complex medical and scientific information.
• Proven experience engaging with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in English.
