Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-first mindset: listening before selling
- Drive, discipline and a results-oriented attitude
- Real estate experience is a plus, not required; full training is provided
- Knowledge of the West Amman and Airport Road areas is an advantage
