Recruitment Specialist – Healthcare

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Kingdom Health’s upcoming hospital and university campuses. Working closely with the HR Manager and department leaders, you will attract, assess and secure qualified talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, verify professional licenses, certifications and credentials required for healthcare roles.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate interest, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide timely feedback and insights to hiring managers and the HR Manager.
• Partner with department managers to create and update job description cards that meet JCI and HCAC accreditation standards.
• Support onboarding by ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
• Contribute to workforce planning aligned with the phased staffing plan for the hospital and university launch.
• Promote diversity and high performance across the organization’s talent pool.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of recruiting experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
• Professional HR certification strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.

• Proficiency with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
