Regional Solutions Delivery Architect

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Regional Solutions Delivery Architect to lead the design and delivery of customer solutions within its Professional Services team. The role serves as the design authority for the region, partnering with solution architects, pre‑sales engineers, and the global Enterprise Architecture team to ensure robust, secure, and operationally sound implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post‑sale design journey from requirements validation through User Acceptance Testing, acceptance, and handover.
• Validate standardized designs, mentor functional architects and business analysts, and maintain solution integrity throughout implementation.
• Provide technical leadership across AI/ML‑powered automation, custom development, and low‑code/no‑code configuration and orchestration.
• Assess and authorize design changes, collaborating with the global Enterprise Architecture team to apply reference architectures and design patterns.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing best‑in‑class global digital solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Strong customer engagement and influencing skills, able to build trust with senior technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional operations, pre‑sales, and enterprise architecture teams.
