Regional Wellbeing Coordinator – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Wellbeing Coordinator will lead strategy and operations for Thrive’s regional wellbeing programme within the Microsoft partnership. You will ensure that programming across the Middle East, Israel and Africa aligns with both Thrive’s and Microsoft’s global wellbeing objectives while adapting to local contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional wellbeing strategy, ensuring alignment with Microsoft priorities and Thrive’s global framework.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft regional leaders and wellbeing champions.
• Partner with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to coordinate shared goals and programme delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end programme delivery, including stakeholder discovery, event logistics, content coordination and day‑of execution.
• Collect post‑event feedback, track engagement, impact and risk indicators, and report insights to leadership.
• Navigate multi‑country logistics, time‑zone differences and cultural nuances to ensure seamless implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme coordination or project management, preferably in wellbeing, health or employee experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable operating across multiple time zones (UTC+2 to +4) and cultural contexts.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
