Remote Appointment Setting Representative

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a passionate remote Appointment Setting Representative to help connect customers with health‑optimizing Protocol Review appointments. The role blends outbound calling, structured scripts, and a focus on wellness to drive meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using established scripts to schedule Protocol Review appointments.
• Report to the ASR Director, participate in daily stand‑ups and regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Track performance through KPIs such as Appointments Set, Show Rate, and Outcome.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals; prior appointment‑setting experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST, with reliable internet and equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using VOIP phone systems.

What we offer

• Base pay of $6 per hour.
• Commission of 1 % of Gross Profit on closed appointments, with the potential for substantial incentives.
