Remote Meta Ads Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

TAJ Real Estate is looking for an experienced Remote Meta Ads Specialist to drive high‑performing advertising campaigns for its real‑estate portfolio across Jordan and the GCC. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility through Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Develop audience targeting strategies tailored to Jordanian and GCC markets.
• Generate high‑quality leads using advanced campaign structures and optimisation techniques.
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns and lookalike audiences.
• Design and optimise Click‑to‑WhatsApp campaigns to boost lead generation and customer engagement.
• Monitor performance, reduce cost‑per‑lead and improve ROI.
• Analyse results, produce regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead handling, response rates and conversion through WhatsApp channels.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency, lead quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Jordanian and GCC markets.
• Experience targeting audiences across Jordan and Gulf countries.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse campaign performance and improve lead quality and acquisition costs.
• Experience working remotely with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
