Remote Sales Specialist – Dental Solutions

About the role

GPS International Dental Company is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to grow its network of dental professionals across the Middle East and North Africa. Working remotely, you will promote premium dental prostheses and digital dentistry solutions, building long‑term relationships with clinics and dentists. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stay ahead of market developments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities with dental clinics and dentists.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote products and services through virtual meetings and presentations.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate offers and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and keep accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market opportunities.
• Attend client visits, exhibitions and industry events when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
