About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Rental Sales Agent to join our growing car‑rental team in Jordan. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of vehicle rentals and related services.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and inquiries.
Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and insurance options.
Upsell additional services and maximize sales opportunities.
Handle rental contracts, payments, and vehicle handovers professionally.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish.

Required profile

Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Customer‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
