About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Rental Sales Agent to join our car‑rental team at Queen Alia International Airport. The role combines sales, customer service, and operational responsibilities to ensure every renter enjoys a smooth, hassle‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rentals, and inquiries.
• Explain rental terms, pricing structures, and insurance options clearly.
• Upsell additional services and accessories to maximize revenue.
• Process rental contracts, payments, and vehicle handovers professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in car rental, hospitality, or customer‑service roles.
• Valid Jordanian driving licence.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts at Queen Alia International Airport.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
