Reporting Insights Analyst

About the role

The Reporting Insights Analyst enables data‑driven decision‑making across Network Operations by delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and analytical frameworks. Working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, you will translate complex logistics data into clear, user‑friendly reports that drive performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and roll out reporting solutions and dashboards using Looker, Tableau, and Looker ML to enhance network visibility.
• Prepare, clean, and integrate large‑scale datasets from GCP, SQL, transport management systems, and external sources.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks linking operational performance, cost, service, and customer outcomes.
• Support predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and simulation tools for strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and operations teams to ensure scalable, integrated reporting solutions.
• Ensure all reporting outputs comply with data governance standards and maintain accuracy and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, engineering, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, tool development, or operations support within logistics or network environments.
• Experience supporting performance reporting or incentive frameworks in a delivery context.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Strong focus on data quality, governance, and reproducibility of reporting outputs.
