Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The ABDEEN is looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Retail Sales Executive to join its growing store team. You will be the front‑line representative, helping shoppers find the right products while driving sales and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and provide product information and recommendations.
• Assist shoppers in selecting items and guide them through the purchase process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably with baby items.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to varying schedules.
