Retail Sales Staff

About the role
Dabouq Village is seeking a full‑time Sales Staff member to join its vibrant retail environment in Amman. You will help customers make informed purchasing decisions while delivering a high level of service that reflects the centre’s premium standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and guide them through the buying process.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Support teammates to guarantee smooth daily store operations.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Organisational attention to detail for displays and inventory management.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
