Revenue Analyst

About the role

Join a hotel within the Accor network as a Revenue Analyst, supporting the Revenue Manager in driving profitable performance across rooms, food & beverage and other revenue streams. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide insight‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and performance reviews.
• Assist in developing and executing pricing and yield strategies.
• Analyse market trends, booking patterns, competitor performance and demand drivers.
• Maintain forecasting models for rooms, F&B and other revenue streams.
• Ensure data integrity across RMS, PMS, GDS and channel management platforms.
• Monitor pickup, pace and segmentation performance, flagging risks or opportunities.
• Manage rate loading, restrictions and inventory controls across distribution channels.
• Conduct rate‑parity checks and help optimise channel mix.
• Support system configuration, testing and troubleshooting for revenue‑related tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Front Office to align on revenue strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, data analysis or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and channel management platforms.
• Knowledge of Opera or similar hospitality software.
