Sales Account Coordinator

About the role

Support the Perfumery & Beauty sales team by managing client accounts and commercial projects. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer projects end‑to‑end using project‑management tools, coordinating cross‑functional teams and overseeing sampling, submissions, and daily client requests.
• Maintain accurate commercial data, including pricing, master data, product portfolio, lifecycle updates, and related documentation.
• Prepare and organise client interactions such as meetings, presentations, submissions, shipment tracking and follow‑ups.
• Support administrative tasks: filing contracts, calendar and travel assistance, expense handling and general office duties.
• Provide analytical and planning support for reporting, demand planning, budgeting and LE preparation.
• Act as a super‑user for key systems, delivering user support, training and driving process improvements.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial support or coordination.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial data flows and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
