Sales Account Manager – Cloud & AI Solutions

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will join Claiverse’s growing team in Amman, Jordan, driving revenue for the company’s multi‑cloud, Kubernetes and AI/ML solutions. Working on‑site, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, understand their technology needs and deliver consultative sales that align with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new business leads in the B2B technology sector.
• Prepare and present proposals, demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to monitor satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are correctly scoped and implemented.
• Proactively resolve issues and contribute to accurate sales forecasts and strategic account plans.

Required profile

• Proven account management and customer‑service experience, preferably in B2B technology or cloud solutions sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in lead generation, pipeline development and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
