Sales Advisor / Financial Consultant

About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor / Financial Consultant to join its growing team. You will be responsible for promoting financial and insurance solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance in the Jordanian market.

Key responsibilities

• Present MetLife’s financial and insurance products to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Participate in professional training and continuous development programs.
• Represent the brand in field and outdoor sales activities.

Required profile

• Presentable with excellent communication skills.
• Strong network and ability to build new relationships.
• Experience in field sales, outdoor sales, or direct sales (highly preferred).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to grow.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or Business is an advantage but not mandatory.
