Sales and Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to expand our construction portfolio in Jordan. The role combines office‑based follow‑up with regular market visits, networking and client meetings to generate new project opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new construction projects, clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, consultants, interior designers, project managers, investors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to spot upcoming projects and early‑stage opportunities.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, present company services and past projects.
• Gather project information such as drawings, BOQs, specifications and RFQs.
• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Track opportunities from initial contact through to award.

• Comfortable spending time outside the office meeting clients and networking.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and meet targets.
