Sales Assistant (Field Operations)

About the role

Teeba, Jordan's leading FMCG company, is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support its sales and distribution activities across the country. You will work closely with the Sales Representative, handling product deliveries, merchandising, and customer service in a fast‑paced field environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Representative with daily sales, distribution, and customer service tasks.
• Load, unload, deliver, and merchandise products at customer locations following company standards.
• Visit customers, collect orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure product availability.
• Remove damaged, expired, or near‑expiry items and process returns as needed.
• Support achievement of sales targets, identify new customers, and maintain strong relationships.
• Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or customer service.
• Valid Category 1 or Category 3 driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Good command of Arabic (reading and writing) and basic to intermediate English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Physically fit to handle loading, unloading, and merchandising tasks.
• Willingness to work extended hours based on operational needs.
