Sales Associate – Healthcare & Biotechnology

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team focused on the healthcare and biotechnology sector. Based in Amman, Jordan, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with scientific and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the healthcare and biotechnology markets.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Present scientific and commercial value propositions to prospective and current customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Track sales performance and report on market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related life‑sciences field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in life‑sciences or healthcare.
• Strong networking ability and a proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of representing the company professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
