Sales Development Representative - AI Translation & Language Technology

About the role

Division50 is looking for a part‑time Sales Development Representative to promote an AI‑powered text and real‑time voice translation solution for businesses operating in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will prospect multilingual companies, uncover communication challenges, and schedule qualified discovery meetings for the client’s sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with multilingual teams, customers, or international operations.
• Identify decision‑makers in customer service, operations, IT, localization, and business leadership.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach in both English and Arabic.
• Explain the business value of AI translation, handle initial objections, and qualify prospects based on needs, authority, buying process, and timeline.
• Book at least 10 qualified discovery meetings per month and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear qualification notes to the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven B2B outbound sales or SDR experience, preferably in SaaS, translation technology, localization services, or business communication tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience prospecting into the UAE or Saudi market.
• Strong cold‑calling, research, follow‑up, and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to practical business needs.
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting.
