Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and introduce Zoho's solutions to buyers across the Middle East. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline and help achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities via personalized emails, phone calls, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Introduce Zoho’s solutions to appropriate buyers within targeted geographical markets.
• Research and locate key decision‑makers using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
• Conduct client‑need analysis, track pain points, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
• Build relationships with prospects, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings for in‑house sales representatives.
• Manage the sales funnel, maintain relationships with re‑engaged prospects, and support revenue goals.
• Prepare and analyse lead‑generation reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, Klenty, Zoho or Pipedrive.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills and solid analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market and a strong desire to grow in tech sales.
