Sales Engineer – Electrical Testing Solutions

About the role

BLCO, a fast‑growing provider of electrical instruments and safety solutions, is expanding its portfolio in Jordan. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to combine technical expertise with commercial drive, supporting utilities, contractors, and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BLCO’s testing equipment, diagnostic tools, safety gear, and MV/HV technologies.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits.
• Prepare and support quotations, tenders, and technical documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with utilities, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Provide after‑sales technical support and coordinate with service teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical sales, testing equipment, MV/LV solutions, or industrial products (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driving license for field visits.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
