Sales Export Engineer – Solar Industry

About the role

A leading company in Amman is looking for a motivated Sales Export Engineer to drive growth in the solar and renewable energy market. You will develop new business opportunities, expand regional and international client networks, and support sales of solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and export markets.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls and meetings with potential clients and partners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, distributors and contractors.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, proposals and technical presentations, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking activities as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of solar products, market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report pipeline status to management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven B2B sales and client outreach experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with a valid driving licence.
