Sales Manager - Aerosol Division

About the role

A leading FMCG company is hiring a Sales Manager for its Aerosol Division in Amman, Jordan. The role turns the group's commercial strategy into field plans, manages distribution channels and leads a specialised sales team to reach growth targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the group's commercial strategy into field plans and execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies
• Oversee pricing policy compliance across van sales and wholesale and manage the rebate system to avoid channel conflict
• Own sales KPIs such as Strike Rate, Lines Per Call (LPC), MSL Compliance and Price Compliance
• Prepare and monitor Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and lead the implementation of Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems such as INCUBE
• Lead and motivate a team of field supervisors covering Wholesale, Retail/Cash Van, Malls/Coops and Modern Trade
• Work closely with factory management to ensure operational efficiency and product availability

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 6-7 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Proven experience managing direct distribution, van sales, wholesale and modern trade in the Jordanian market
• Strong leadership skills for managing and motivating large field teams
