About the role

BE is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for its AI‑driven wellbeing platform. You will shape sales strategy, build client relationships, and expand market presence while working in a hybrid environment based in Amman.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to maximize performance.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team‑management and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse data and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology or AI sector is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and platforms.
