About the role

51Talk, a leading international EdTech company, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the team, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategy.
• Supervise and train the sales team on‑site, enhancing professional skills.
• Analyze sales data, design motivational initiatives, and boost team morale.
• Optimize team structure and build a talent pipeline for sustainable growth.
• Communicate and enforce company policies, provide constructive feedback, and complete tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and at least 2 years managing a sales team, preferably in B2C telesales or the education sector.
• Strong communication and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of achievement.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and clear, concise communication.
