Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Amman, driving growth and delivering exceptional educational experiences. You will be essential in recruiting top talent and contributing to our company’s growth in Amman, Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategies.
• Manage the sales team through on‑site supervision and training to achieve performance targets.
• Analyze sales performance data, design motivational initiatives and boost team morale.
• Optimize team structure and cultivate a talent pipeline for sustainable growth.
• Communicate and execute company policies, provide constructive feedback and complete tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and at least 2 years managing a sales team, preferably in B2C telesales or education.
• Strong communication and team‑management abilities, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Highly goal‑oriented with a strong sense of achievement and determination.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with clear, concise, impactful communication.
