Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join Grand Hyatt Amman, a premier luxury hotel located in the heart of Amman. The successful candidate will lead a professional sales team, drive revenue across all hotel streams, and build strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business leads.
• Develop and nurture customer accounts within the region to increase market share across all revenue streams.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
• Draft and manage contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support marketing initiatives such as promotions and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5‑star hotel or 2‑3 years as a Sales Executive.
• Strong passion, enthusiasm and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to outperform competition and achieve sales targets.
