SorsX is an autonomous AI recruiting platform that automates the entire hiring funnel. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist you will help expand our market presence, generate qualified leads and support the sales team in converting prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and customer needs.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimise social media campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design effective sales strategies and support lead conversion.
• Use CRM tools to track and analyse customer interactions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to guide future strategies.
• Negotiate with vendors and partners to enhance marketing outreach.
• Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads and engage customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with effective time‑management abilities.
