About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role involves client follow‑ups, proposal preparation, CRM management and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct client follow‑ups and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals and costing sheets for prospective deals.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate sales data.
  • Track purchase orders and monitor sales documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales reporting and data management.
