About the role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role involves client follow‑ups, proposal preparation, CRM management and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client follow‑ups and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals and costing sheets for prospective deals.
- Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate sales data.
- Track purchase orders and monitor sales documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience in sales reporting and data management.
