About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Recovery Specialist focused on pet supplements. You will reconnect with customers who abandoned their carts, guide them to the right product for their dogs, and convert interest into completed sales—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who experienced purchase issues or left items in their cart.
• Explain product benefits, answer questions, and remove uncertainty.
• Build trust, address objections, and close sales.
• Collaborate with management and use training resources to improve performance.
• Maintain ethical sales practices and uphold brand integrity.

Required profile

• Highly motivated self‑starter with a passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
