Sales Representative (Entry Level) – Jordan

About the role

Tagaddod is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its sales team in Jordan. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation in wholesale sales, hands‑on client interaction, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales initiatives targeting wholesale customers across Jordan.
• Learn and promote Tagaddod’s products and services to potential clients using various sales methodologies.
• Conduct market research to identify prospects and assess market needs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales knowledge.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, handling inquiries, and maintaining the CRM database.
• Shadow experienced sales representatives on client visits and market exploration.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while receiving mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner who can adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
