Sales Representative

About the role

Key Jordan is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to expand its client base and promote its HR consultancy services. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right solutions while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR products or services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Deliver product and service presentations to prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer‑facing sales roles.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
