Sales & Service Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales & Service Center Representative to join our showroom team. This dual‑role combines front‑line retail sales with reception and technical service support, requiring strong communication and a passion for helping customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell home‑appliance products to walk‑in customers.
• Welcome visitors, assess their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately, issue receipts/invoices and handle cash or electronic payments.
• Maintain organized product displays and keep stock levels up to date.
• Greet customers at the service centre, receive devices, document issues and verify condition.
• Update service logs, prepare daily schedules for the technical team and communicate repair status to customers.
• Collect payments for completed repairs, issue receipts/invoices and submit daily revenue reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or marketing education is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, reception or administrative roles.
• Previous experience in home‑appliance sales or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
