Sales & Services Associate – Amman

About the role

Orange Jordan is looking for a dynamic Sales & Services Associate to join its customer‑facing team in Amman. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and chat, helping them with product information, billing queries and technical assistance while driving sales of Orange’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive first response and build rapport with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Answer inquiries about Orange products, services and billing accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, aiming for first‑call resolution and high satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and proactively upsell or cross‑sell relevant Orange solutions.
• Guide customers through product setup, troubleshooting and usage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Orange’s product portfolio and internal processes.
• Document all interactions in the designated systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong selling ability with a proven knack for identifying needs and closing sales.
