Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Amman to drive revenue growth and expand Vigil AI’s customer base across multiple sectors. This full‑time position focuses on lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals for the company’s AI‑powered video intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure timely follow‑up to close opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to address client needs and support onboarding.
• Participate in sales training, contribute to sales strategies, and provide field feedback to refine offerings and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals.
• Sales management and training abilities to help structure processes and share knowledge.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in security, AI, or video analytics.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and travel locally for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
