About the role
The Cash Van Sales Supervisor will lead a dedicated sales team responsible for distributing Hammoudeh products across assigned routes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and ensuring the proper execution of promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the distribution of Hammoudeh products to consumers and approved markets according to schedule.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to the company.
- Identify market needs and open new communication lines with potential clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers to maintain relationships.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotions, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Oversee sales representatives' performance and workflow.
- Train and develop sales representatives within the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar supervisory sales role.
- Experience in the Food or FMCG sector.
- Good command of the English language.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
