Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are a leading water technology company seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager in driving team performance and achieving departmental goals. This hands‑on leadership position combines coaching, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure consistent sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales activities and setting team priorities.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales staff to improve techniques and conversion rates.
• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and sales targets, conducting regular quality checks on customer communication, CRM records, and reports.
• Analyze sales results, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and follow up on performance improvement plans for under‑performing employees.
• Ensure proper follow‑up of leads, opportunities, clients, and assigned tasks.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote a positive, accountable team environment.
• Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with Proposal, Marketing, and other relevant departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with prior supervisory or senior sales roles.
• Proven ability to coach employees and improve team performance.
• Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, lead management, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience in water treatment, engineering, industrial equipment, or technical sales is an advantage.
