Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Cash Van Sales Supervisor will lead the cash van sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, market coverage is effective, and sales activities are executed across assigned routes. The role involves supervising product distribution, monitoring market trends, and developing new client relationships within the designated area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the distribution of Hammoudeh products to consumers and approved markets accordingli to the set schedule.
• Monitor market trends and changes in competitor products.
• Identify and report market needs for the company’s products.
• Open new communication lines with potential clients and markets in the assigned area.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee the performance of sales representatives and ensure proper workflow.
• Train and develop the sales representatives within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a similar supervisory sales role.
• Experience in the Food or FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
