Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Sales Support Officer will help drive Joramco’s revenue growth by promoting our services and maintaining effective communication with customers across multiple channels. You will act as a bridge between the sales team and clients, ensuring offers, quotations and contracts meet customer expectations and are delivered promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Joramco’s services and manage customer communications through phone, email and other channels.
• Prepare and deliver offers and quotations in response to RFQs/RFPs.
• Follow up on special sales campaigns, suggest improvements and identify new sales opportunities.
• Customize contracts, prepare standard agreements and handle adjustments during negotiations.
• Coordinate customer pre‑input requirements and manage warranty claims.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports, including price and ELR statistics, and maintain records of customer interactions.

Required profile

• University degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in aviation or a related industry.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and solid understanding of contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and English language skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with effective time‑management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
