Salesperson - Wedding and Home Vendors

About the role

WeddyJO is a Jordan-based mobile app in Arabic and English that helps couples plan their wedding and set up their first home by letting them discover, compare and book trusted vendors across more than 30 categories. It is looking for a full-time hybrid Salesperson based in Amman, with some flexibility to work from home. The Salesperson identifies and onboards wedding and home-related vendors and stores to the platform, presents its value proposition and guides partners through listing and promotion options.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new partners and conduct calls and in-person meetings
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, respond to inquiries and gather feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and partner experiences
• Track sales performance, update CRM or relevant systems and contribute to local market strategies

Required profile

• Proven skills in direct sales, account management and building relationships with business partners or vendors
• Experience with lead generation, outreach (phone, online and in person), negotiation and closing deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
• Knowledge of the Amman market, especially wedding, events, retail or home services, is highly beneficial
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in B2B sales, advertising, marketplace platforms or SaaS is an advantage; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
