SDR Team Leader

About the role

MNASATI.COM is seeking an experienced SDR Team Leader to drive its SaaS sales efforts across the GCC region. You will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, shape outreach strategies, and ensure a high‑quality pipeline for the broader sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑energy culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑development activities.
• Monitor team performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to maximize results.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to maintain a strong, high‑quality sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, outreach strategies, and team productivity.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a successful SDR team.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tele‑Sales.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching an SDR or sales team.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and consistently achieving sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions within the GCC market.
• Deep understanding of the GCC business landscape, buying behavior, and B2B sales cycle.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
