Section Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Section Manager to lead MEP works on complex data‑center projects in the UAE. You will drive field productivity, manage changes, and ensure technical excellence throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Issue daily and weekly installation plans and report progress.
• Enforce method statements, risk assessments and DSTI schedules.
• Track material deliveries in coordination with Project Engineers.
• Manage change orders and distribution of drawings/specifications.
• Monitor tools, consumables, KPIs and labour productivity.
• Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance at all times.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in MEP construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of installation sequencing, QA/QC and HSE practices.
• Proven site leadership and technical documentation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
