Security Agent

About the role

As a Security Agent at an Accor‑affiliated hotel, you will protect guests, employees, and property while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Your vigilance and professionalism contribute to the overall guest experience and the hotel's reputation for responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel premises.
• Investigate and report violations of law, property policies, accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd‑control activities.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a helpful manner.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
